‘We Have To Win’ – Jack Grealish Tells Teammates, Warns Arsenal

Manchester City winger Jack Grealish said the Premier League match against Arsenal on Sunday is a must-win for them, warned the Gunners to be aware of what is about to befall them at the Etihad Stadium.

Jack Grealish was one of the most important players for the Cityzens last season. He assisted Pep Guardiola’s side to win their first-ever UEFA Champions League trophy and added two more domestic titles to complete a record-breaking treble season.

The Englishman has been struggling to replicate his form this campaign, this is due to numerous injuries he has sustained since the beginning of the season. He, however, returned to training last week and is now in contention to play a part in their forthcoming league match against Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal.

Speaking ahead of the match, he said winning on Sunday is a must for him and his teammates because they are currently behind Arsenal with a point in the title race.

He, however, claimed that he knew that it would be difficult to defeat the in-form Arsenal team but the fact that the match will be played at Etihad Stadium gives them an edge over their visitors.

Jack Grealish stated that Etihad has become a difficult place for their opponents in recent years and they are ready to make things difficult for the Gunners on Sunday.

“We have to win. We are behind them at the moment,” he said.

“We know it is going to be a tough game, but I just feel that when teams come to the Etihad, I feel like we always make it difficult for them.

“I don’t think we’ve lost at the Etihad for about 16 months or something. It is a game that we are looking forward to and you want to play in. I am looking forward to it.”
